One of the best things I have done for myself in 2022 is to schedule my workouts.


My life is really busy and I am sure yours is too. There is ALWAYS something that seems more important than getting to the gym, making an appointment with a personal trainer, joining a group fitness class, or simply going for a walk.


THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN GUARANTEE YOU WILL GET THE EXERCISE THAT YOU NEED IS TO PUT IT INTO YOUR SCHEDULE LIKE EVERY OTHER IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT IN YOUR LIFE.


YES! I am shouting this from the rooftops because it is REALLY important for women to make time for exercise EVERY day.

As we get older ladies, exercise becomes MORE important not less.
